CANCELLATIONS
CANCELLATIONS UP TO 48HRS PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT WILL NOT BE CHARGED.
CANCELLATIONS MADE AFTER THIS TIME WILL BE CHARGED AT 50% OF THE TREATMENT PRICE AND NOT SHOWING UP FOR THE APPOINTMENT WILL BE CHARGED AT 100% OF THE TREATMENT PRICE.
PAYMENT WILL BE TAKEN AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT HAS BEEN COMPLETED, I ACCEPT CARD OR CASH.
IF YOU ARE PAYING CASH PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT AMOUNT AS I CANNOT GUARANTEE I WILL HAVE CHANGE.
CHILDREN
DUE TO A RECENT CHANGE IN MY INSURANCE, CHILDREN ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCOMPANY YOU TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.
I UNDERSTAND THIS MAY BE DIFFICULT TO ARRANGE CHILDCARE, BUT I WILL ALWAYS DO MY BEST TO ACCOMMODATE WITH EVENING AND WEEKEND APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. PLEASE DONT HESITATE TO GET IN CONTACT TO ARRANGE THIS.
REPAIRS
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
I WILL HAPPILY REPAIR ANY DAMAGE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE APPOINTMENT.
OUTSIDE OF THE 48 HOURS A £5 CHARGE PER NAIL FOR REPAIRS WILL BE CHARGED.
PLEASE FOLLOW ALL AFTERCARE ADVICE TO ENSURE THE LONGEVITY OF YOUR NAILS.
IF YOU'RE UNHAPPY WITH YOUR NAILS AFTER YOU HAVE LEFT THE SALON PLEASE NOTE THAT I WILL ONLY BE OFFERING A FREE SOAK OFF, AS I WOULD OF CHECKED THROUGHOUT YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU ARE HAPPY WITH YOUR NAILS BEFORE FINISHING THE SERVICE.
